About the Membership Application and Approval Process

IMPORTANT: Your credit card will be charged the full amount for your annual membership dues NOW but please understand that the approval process is not immediate. You will be placed in a "pending approval" status until your application has been fully approved by OEIS. Full access to this site and the "members only" pages and content contained herein will be granted upon approval of your membership application.

Completed application forms will be submitted to the Chairman of the Membership Committee at least one (1) month before the executive session at which it is desired that the candidate be considered for approval and subsequent approval by the Board of Directors.

A sponsoring letter from one Society member in good standing may be requested.

Applicants shall be admitted to membership upon qualification, recommendation by the Membership Committee, and subsequent approval by the Board of Directors. If for some reason your application is denied you will be refunded your dues payment in full within 10 business days of your denial.
